Sentence structure, people ...

"Man honored who pulls over woman now charged with OVI". Was the man charged with OVI or the woman? Turns out it was the woman. At first I thought the man had been charged.

How about this: Man honored for pulling over woman driving erratically. Woman now charged with OVI.

Still under 140 characters, and it makes sense.
