Who was pregnant?

The pastor's wife was pregnant, not the pastor. This should be "the pastor's pregnant wife".

Misleading title and context

"no family members stepped forward to make funeral arrangements" is very different than "no records of living family members could be found". The title and original statement make it sound like his family didn't care, which is not the case if you read the article.
